I had an amazing experience with Auto Gals. My previous car became undrivable very suddenly, and I was stuck without a vehicle. I reviewed many options, including dealerships, and was having difficulty. I decided to check out Auto Gals one day after work, only to see what they had. I spoke with Mike, the salesman, and was very honest with him about my situation and what I was looking for. I didn't have a prepared budget, I have a small budget, I don't have great credit, and I needed something fast. I was having a hard time finding something quickly that I could afford that was also reliable. Mike really seemed to care about my concerns and individual situation. I could tell he was trying to find something that genuinely worked for me instead of just trying to make a sale. Within a week, I had put down the down payment and took the car home. The process was quick, easy, and stress-free. Valarie was also a huge help in the whole process. She explained every step, never got frustrated with my questions, laid everything out piece by piece, and was clear about everything. She went above and beyond to help me make this work, helped me feel confident in my decision, and made it all way less confusing. Before, I was completely overwhelmed. I had no idea where to start or what I needed to do. I was very cautious going to a dealership, being a young woman who knew nothing about financing, insurance, or cars in general. After the first visit, that worry was gone. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of; they made it clear they had my best interest at heart. I love my new car, and everyone I have talked to who knows about this stuff said I got a great deal for a great car. I would recommend them to anyone.
